LEAH REDDICK

With over a decade of construction experience in both the public and private sectors, Leah has earned her reputation as an industrious problem solver and a creative designer.  Like a worker bee, she is constantly striving to improve the world around her by offering solutions as unique as each client.

Utilizing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, she successfully blends her training in logic and order with her natural-born creativity to design both beautiful and practical solutions.  

She founded Hive Homes because she sees it as the best way to blend her skills and focus them toward a greater purpose.  She considers it her mission to help people, and her authenticity keeps the people, not the properties, as the central focus.

When she is not hard at work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring Cincinnati with her husband, an ordained minister, and their two young boys.
