At its core, Hive Homes is a Cincinnati-based real estate investment firm focused on creative problem solving for our clients. We specialize in creating custom solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.

We listen to you to really understand your problem, and then we work with you to create a custom solution that results in a win for both of us. We believe after your one-on-one call with us, you'll see for yourself that we truly are interested more in the people than the properties.

WE PROVIDE HOUSING

Not only do we provide properties for rent, but we are also actively seeking non-profit groups and other agencies willing to partner on creative housing solutions for under-resourced populations in our community. While the end-user tenant population may vary, the process is the same. We start with listening to the agency's greatest needs and seek opportunities to plug in our expertise.

We draw our community-minded inspiration from the honeybee. Every beehive is intricate, a perfect, custom design. It's orderly rows of identical hexagons showcase the beauty of following through on good planning. It is their work of art and their home. Each bee contributes and is a critical part of the community. At Hive Homes we work together with community leaders already doing great work, and help them expand their services with well-made plans and beautiful design.

We make fair offers for houses in any condition. We listen to our clients to understand their needs, and strive for a custom solution where everyone wins. Problem-solving sessions are one of the complimentary services we offer.

Thanks to our incredibly high standards, we have a solid reputation of quality work. We take the time to give each project the attention to detail that it needs. We care so much about doing the right thing, we stake our reputation on it.

We live to see the transformation on each project (who doesn't love a good before and after), but we are mostly here for the transformation we see in our clients. It's so rewarding to see a project end with a relieved former owner and a happy new homeowner!
